The site exists because the usual “apartment friendly” list either ignores the faucet thread or tells you to stick gel tape to paint. Both are expensive in different ways. Our pages start from the constraint — the lease, the circuit, the sink, the paint — and only then name a product shape.

Bylines say Unbolted Desk. That is deliberate. There is no fictional inspector with a fictional license. The method is public, the affiliate relationship is public, and corrections are public when we make them.

We participate in the Amazon Associates program. Display advertising may run through Google AdSense once the publisher account is approved. Neither arrangement buys a spot in a verdict. See the disclosure and the Undo score.
